Belle Elementary is seeking a passionate and dedicated Title I Elementary Teacher to support student achievement and growth in a targeted or schoolwide Title I program. This educator will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to provide high-quality instruction and interventions that meet the diverse needs of learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide targeted, research-based instruction in reading and/or math to students identified for Title I services
• Use data to identify student needs, monitor progress, and adjust instruction accordingly
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiated instruction and student success
• Assist in the development and implementation of intervention plans
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and program effectiveness
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support at home
• Participate in professional development and Title I program planning
• Support schoolwide initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes
