BMS is seeking a compassionate and student-centered Counselor to support the academic, social-emotional, and behavioral development of students in 5-8th grade. The ideal candidate is skilled in counseling adolescents, collaborating with families and staff, and fostering a safe and supportive school environment. Candidates also must have knowledge in developing ICAP plans for students, working with the testing coordinator to set up testing, and are able to teach some classes. Bland Middle School is a 4-day school week (Tuesday- Friday).
